leaders emerge in any environment. By providing some training in student
government and a lot of encouragement, volunteers for Girls Council
hone their leadership skills and provide a valuable forum for client
concerns. |

Groups |

One
approach to teaching personal responsibility is the use of accountability
groups where small groups of clients work with each other with staff
guidance to recognize problem behaviors and accept responsibility. |

a nationally-accredited agency, Crittenton is required to maintain
an on-going program of quality assurance. As it happens, we would
be committed to such an effort even if not required to do so! All
levels of the organization are active participants in the CQI process.
