Food Truck Fundraiser Supports Crittenton this October

Food Truck Fundraiser Supports Crittenton this October

We are excited to have all of you join Crittenton’s Food Truck Fundraiser in partnership with Vegan Loba and the Night Owl in downtown Fullerton, Calif.! This event will take place on back-to-back Sunday’s, October 11 and October 17, 2021 at 200 N. Harbor Blvd., Fullerton, Calif. 92832.

The partnership between Vegan Loba, the Night Owl and Crittenton Services was in large part to help bring awareness that October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month while at the same time fundraising to help a local nonprofit whose programming includes helping their clients recognize and establish healthy and loving relationships.

Crittenton’s Food Truck Fundraiser will help this mission continue to provide services to youth and families in our care heal from trauma, achieve well-being, and reach their full potential.

A portion of the sales from this event will be donated to Crittenton’s mission and used where it’s needed the most.

Ending violence of any kind within our communities will take all of us to help build a healthy environment for all to thrive. We are grateful to the small businesses in our area who believe in supporting causes and organizations that address and heal trauma within the community. This generosity will impact the lives of the youth and families we serve for years to come.

For those that don’t live in the immediate area but would like to support here are some of the ways you can also help move our mission forward.

And if you or someone you know might be experiencing domestic violence or an unhealthy or abusive relationship, please know that you are not alone. There is help in your local area if you need immediate support, need someone to talk to, or need more information. In fact, the National Domestic Violence Hotline is a good resource that is free and confidential. The hotline is staffed with professional and a knowledgeable team that will connect you to the help you need no matter where you live in the United States.
