Crittenton Services for Children and Families is committed to maintaining an environment that encourages and fosters appropriate conduct among all persons and respect for individual values. Accordingly, we are committed to enforcing this policy in order to create an environment free of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and/or sexual assault.

Our agency shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, national origin, ancestry, ethnicity, disability, veteran or military status, marital status or on any other legally prohibited basis within the agency’s daily operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring practices, selection of volunteers or vendors, and the provision of services. Any form of discrimination or harassment violates our policy and will not be tolerated at any level of our organization.

As such, our mission will do everything in our power in providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, volunteers, advocates, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. And we encourage our stakeholders to respect our non-discrimination policy as they conduct business with our agency.
